For the first time I can remember, it’s raining on Memorial Day weekend in Southern California. We’re taking 300 people to Mexico for a house-building project with a local church just across the border. Just about the only good thing with rain is the stories we’ll all tell a year from now about trucks getting stuck in the muddy roads, people puking in their sleeping bags, and the time we spent at the border being harrassed.

For now, we’re praying everyone makes it down safely. I’ll pray about getting back on Sunday night. But, feel free to give it a headstart for us.

Also, I’m trying out the twitter feature in the RSS box on the right. Hopefully, I can get enough cell reception to make it work a couple of times a day.
